The firm appears before the Comorian courts in commercial, contractual, corporate, banking, maritime, employment and administrative litigation. Our approach to litigation begins well before the hearing. Each case is analyzed for procedural strategy, risks, evidence and the economic consequences of the dispute in order to determine the most appropriate course of action for the client's interests. IAA also handles arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, as well as proceedings relating to the recognition and enforcement of judgments and awards where they have an international dimension.
