Aïcham ITIBAR is a lawyer at the Moroni Bar and founder of ITIBAR & AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS.
He primarily advises companies, investors and institutions in their operations in the Comoros, with a practice focused on business law, OHADA law, investments, projects and infrastructure, as well as complex litigation.
His practice regularly sits at the interface between private law and public business law. He is particularly involved in the structuring and legal securing of investments, corporate transactions, commercial and institutional contracts, public-private partnerships, concessions, and matters related to the port, airport and maritime sectors.
He also represents national and international clients before the Comorian courts and handles cases with a cross-border dimension, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, maritime law and enforcement.
His practice relies on an approach that combines mastery of Comorian law and the OHADA framework, an understanding of local economic and institutional issues, and the ability to support international operations.
Aïcham ITIBAR is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the Union of the Comoros. He has also held bar responsibilities within the Moroni Bar, notably as a member of the Bar Council and chairman of the Ethics Committee.
